- Nearly 17 years of teaching math experience in various locations (Oregon 2.5), (Kentucky 3), (Hawaii 1), and (Edge 10).
Tyson also found time to work with Upward Bound for four years during his college career. Upward Bound is an organization that provides certain categories of high school students better opportunities for attending college.
“I am really excited for the opportunity to level up our character sphere and student-life in our building. I believe we have a staff who has definitely grown the character sphere and student life over the past few years, but giving more attention to it and playing a part in developing our students in all 3 spheres, including character, really excites me,” Tyson says.
